We know that facts make us think but emotions make us act and we work to bring these two things together in sessions that transform perspectives and motivate leaders to take positive action.

Leaders have a key role in supporting their colleagues, to ensure optimum performance, engagement and belonging. This session will equip leaders with an understanding of the menopause, provide the insight, empathy, and skills required to lead and support colleagues going through the menopause.

Menopause impacts all women, plus transgender an non-binary colleagues, at some point in their lives and it has led to many colleagues exiting the workplace, or limiting their career choices, when they are at the height of their talents and experience. We now understand the damaging impacts this has on our organisational diversity, performance, and cultures.  
 
At Thrive, we bring together menopause awareness, leadership development and employee engagement, to create transformational programs that ultimately change mindsets, behaviours and the choices we make.  
 
Our aim is to create ‘human’ organisations where we share the realities and challenges of life. Our aim is to build empathy and understanding, so that there is a greater level of openness and trust. When we do this, great things happen!
