Our Programs

Our Programs

We have been delivering learning & development for over twenty years and know how to create impactful programs that deliver the learning and insight you need.

Menopause Awareness for Leaders

Our flagship menopause awareness sessions equip leaders with an understanding of the menopause, provide the insight, empathy and skills required to lead and support colleagues going through it.

Menopause Awareness for Colleagues

We believe that is important for all colleagues to have an awareness of the menopause, as each of us has a role to play. This session will equip colleagues with an understanding of the menopause and give an insight into how it can affect colleagues in different ways.

Menopause Awareness for HR

Human Resources and People Teams have an important role in building awareness about the menopause in their organisations. This session will equip HR with an understanding of the menopause, explore strategies that can be utilised to support leaders and colleagues and discuss mechanisms to 'normalise' the menopause debate, in order to build a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Menopause Awareness for Champions

Menopause Champions are usually volunteers who want to support their colleagues going through the menopause, for whatever reason. This session will help build awareness of menopause and clarify the role of the Champion in the workplace.
