Our Mission
Our mission is to create meaningful menopause awareness programs for leaders, champions, HR, and colleagues, that transform perspectives and deliver real behaviour change in your organisation. We know that facts make us think but emotions make us act and we work to bring these two things together in sessions that transform perspectives and motivate colleagues to take positive action.
Our first love is leadership, and we have twenty-five years’ experience developing and coaching leaders to enable greater performance in their teams. Bring this together with our passion and knowledge about menopause and you have a commercially human perspective. We want to help you support your colleagues, whilst enhancing your culture and brand.
We specialise in classroom and virtual live training as we know the power of conversation and learning together. We create a safe space for people to share what they do, and do not, know and put people at ease through our warm, informal style.

Did you know, leaders have a huge impact on employee engagement and well-being. How they engage with colleagues at this time is of critical importance.

Leaders have a vital role in supporting colleagues going through the menopause. They are:
the first point of contact if someone needs to discuss their health concerns or needs a change or adjustment to their work, or working hours, to enable them to perform to their full potential.
responsible for implementing the policies and practices that can help someone experiencing menopause to feel supported, and to be effective in their role.
responsible for managing absence and keeping in touch if someone is off work because of their menopause symptoms, as well as supporting an effective return to work.
Our menopause awareness sessions equip leaders with an understanding of menopause, provide the insight, empathy and skills required to lead and support colleagues going through it.
We need to help leaders understand what is expected of them, so we have clear outcomes for our program. We want leaders who:
Understand the facts and the myths of menopause.
Have an inclusive view of menopause, who it really impacts and the challenges it causes.
Have empathy for their colleagues and try to understand how menopause could impact a person physically and mentally.
Understand why it’s important to support menopause from a human perspective and how this makes the organization better.
Make it their business to connect with their colleagues and create a culture of psychological safety.
Think about their colleagues, their situation, and challenges, in how they need to manage the person and the situation in context.
Are aware of the tools and resources available for colleagues if they want support.
Leave the classroom with their own plan.
We know from our feedback that leaders find these sessions meaningful and helpful with their teams and in their lives. 51% of us will go through menopause at some point and the other 49% will be impacted indirectly.
“Prior to attending the training, I used to joke with my Mum as she was struggling with brain fog. I used to say, “you’ve told me this before Mum”. I realised that my ‘banter’ may have been hurtful to her, and this has made me empathise much more with what she is going through.
I now feel that I understand much more about what she has had to deal with and now I speak to her openly about the menopause. When I attended the program I told her all about it. She was taken aback to start with but has since opened up more about the challenges she is dealing with.
We have always been close but feel even closer now. It has helped her challenge her mindset regarding talking about the menopause and she knows she can speak to me any time about it.”

Menopause can be a challenging time with significant impacts on physical and emotional well-being. This is a time of uncertainty and re-assessment. A time when our identities shift, and we question our worth and our abilities.
Many women enter the perimenopause/menopause at the height of their careers. They hold important, influential roles and they add enormous value to their colleagues, clients and organisations.
Unfortunately, 10% of women (trans men and non-binary) colleagues leave the workplace at this time. This negatively impacts the culture of our organisations and the women who choose to leave.
Bespoke menopause awareness coaching allows women to build awareness of their menopause and become empowered to navigate it in the most positive way possible.
Some areas we may look at are:
Background – neurodiversity, mental health, physical health, social background.
Knowledge of menopause.
Self-awareness of own symptoms and how to build a clear picture.
Strategies to support your own menopause.
How to be assertive in asking for medical help.
Preparing for conversations with your manager.
Creating a vision for your future.
Reframing menopause as a new beginning.
Career progression, leadership, and promotion.
Resilience.
Building Support Networks.
Every coaching program is bespoke to the needs of the client and outcomes will be agreed at the outset.
